It started with a single rolling pin and a recipe never written down — only remembered. Every box we sell is rolled, cut and sauced by hand, exactly as Nonna learned it in her mother's kitchen.
We don't do shortcuts and we don't do machines for the bits that matter. Just good flour, real tomatoes, and a lot of patience. We hope it tastes like a Sunday at her table.
